Suffice it to say that there is a reason that I selected Beachside PT in Indian Harbour Beach FOUR times in a row (with 2 knees and 2 hips). The facility has a dozen beds, weights, pulleys, and is kep neat and clean. Therapists use massage, exercises etc to help patients recover. The appointment desk is staffed by pleasant people who aid with billing and appointments. They take many insurances. Kevin and Sarah are regular therapists and are friendly and knowledgeable. They have trainees helping and fillins. The only downside is they can be quite busy and somewhat chaotic at times but are very helpful.

I informed the therapist what my issues are with my posture and curvature of my spine. My sessions with my original therapist went well. On my session with the therapist/owner I let him know I was experiencing pain in my left knee . The exercises he had me do increased pain to where I had to use a cane to walk. I haven't used a cane since my right knee replacement several years ago. On my next visit with my original therapist I told her about the pain and she worked on that. After a few more sessions with her working on my leg discomfort I was feeling better. I informed another therapist on my last visit I still had a little discomfort in my leg. The therapist had me doing exercises that stressed my leg again. Today was supposed to be my last visit so I called before to make sure I had my original therapist. Today another therapist I've never had was going to see me today. I feel worse now than before. I didn't have any symptoms in my legs and now I do.

I also felt compelled to express my feelings in a review of their business to warn other customers of them not answering the phone during business hours issue I was having with them. After completing the review the "Doctor" called my personal phone number from a Denver area code. (I wouldn't have answered if I wasn't originally from that area and thought it was a friend or relative I had lost the number of.). When I expressed to him I didn't care to speak about the review I promptly ended the phone call. Only to have him text me from the same number with an uncalled for comment. I promptly blocked the number. Immediately after I received a call from another phone number this time with a Brevard county area code. I answered only to find out it was the same person that had called before that I had blocked because of the above mentioned text message. He immediately started shouting I again terminated the phone call. He again texted me from the Brevard number with another uncalled for comment. Unprofessional is the first word that came to mind. My second thought was is this activity criminal? I just want to make people aware of the way this particular practice has treated me. When reading this review ask yourself; do I really want to go to a place of business that would treat anyone like this for any reason?
