Shannon and his crew (of 4-5 guys) showed up on time, ready to work. They not only painted hard-to-reach areas (including a 20 foot stairwell wall and other areas), but also took care of some long overdue items around the house (drywall work, mud & tape). They were in and out within 4 hours. All of this came at a cost that was extremely reasonable (especially compared to a contractor we used during our last paint job 9 years ago). They took into consideration the wind and made suggestions based on the situation. I was given a price and the job was scheduled. This fence was for a business and once the funding was settled the job was started. The fence is a cedar 6' privacy with a 5' gate and steel posts for the windy location. The posts were set one day and the pickets were installed a few days later due to rain and rescheduling. Communication was not a problem and the whole job went pretty smooth. Unfortunately subpar workmanship was done upon construction of the condominium that I live in…read moreresulting in leaking in the sunroom of my neighbor below. Certainly not precision construction who did the original work. However they were hired to repair the issue. Our association hired Jim Pellock at Percision construction to come up with an appropriate solution. These panels were put down last fall and that's when I started to express my concerns to our homeowners association regarding the workmanship. As the temperature rises the panels buckle significantly and omit a horrible odor that makes it impossible to open our sliding glass door and enjoy any breeze when it's above 75°. Upon complaining to Crescent Green Condominium Association, the response back from our management company diversified via our HOA, was that Jim suggested that I place a rug down on my patio to remedy the problem. Jim also offered me an additional option, of choosing a different type of surface for an up charge of $2000 at my own expense. Additionally, The surface is almost impossible to sweep with the broom and I even had to buy a shop vac to address just maintenance as far as leaves and pollen. I can live with that piece, however I cannot live with the smell nor the fact that as the temperature increases the panels buckle significantly. What is it going to look like when we hit 95°?

I worked with Prime on a project to adjust the windows in our living room (change the size +…read morereplace). This required a few stages of construction to include removing old windows, re-framing and drywalling, adding new custom windows and replacing the exterior siding. I enjoyed working with both Jackson, our sales/project contact, and Tyler, our day-of PgM. While we had some delays with materials being delivered from vendors, there was nothing that was out of the ordinary for a construction job -- you'll always need to be a bit flexible. Jackson and Tyler were always kind with me and my family, calm when addressing concerns, and quick to return messages when I had questions. They pointed out other concerns with windows we weren't ready to replace but could do a fix on to hold them out longer; they gave me some tips on how to trim out the interiors because I wanted to DIY it; and even ran a magnet over the worksite to ensure the clean-up was immaculate. We will be working with Prime on future projects!
