I scheduled long in advance, and moved my dates around a couple of times, and they were super accommodating. Then I moved it up again, and they came earlier than we agreed! When they got to our house, it was the best experience from the beginning to the end. They were two of the friendliest people ever. The TVs were hung perfectly, cables hidden - suggested an idea for the tv boxes and it went flawlessly. I also realized I needed a network cable connector added in the basement, and with no questions asked, they fixed that too! It isn't often you encounter a business like this, but I could not recommend them any more highly. The price was very reasonable, and to be honest I would be happy to pay more for this type of service. Thank you so much Certified Pro AV!!!!!

The technicians have been to our home twice to replace sensors and they love to drag their feet since they charge by the hour - I don't see how it takes them 3 hours to replace 3 window sensors, one of them upset me when I noticed he was wasting time removing the glue left from the sensors he replaced until I demanded that he leave it alone. For over a year we've experienced issues with the system faulting for no reason - tamper alarms/siren going off at 3am - and made several requests for technical support but they never even responded to our emails, that is until my husband mentioned he was considering switching to Ring monitoring - then the owner pretended to care and got nasty. Also, if you are a current customer, MAKE SURE TO READ YOUR CONTRACT, they are 3-year commitments and are AUTO-RENEWED, they WILL NOT let you cancel. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Example screws not nails, butt up to building, down to survery marker, spacing was not consistent at all, quite a few boards were really crack ... No more cash deals for me. They cleaned up the lose trash daily to keep the area clean. It was a huge job and I had other bids from $16,900 - $21,075 so I felt like I won twice. I got a fence and a much better deal with doing it this way. I liked the transparency of their deal much better than the other companies, cause I knew their labor numbers were very high. Lumber/80lb bags of concrete cost me $4,720 plus delivery. Labor cost me $7,950 after some wheeling and dealing. Grand total: $12,870. Savings is: $4,030-$8k + Great family owned business and I appreciate the deal and great work. It was worth every penny!
