There was a husband and wife team that came by to mount two TVs and move an older one into the…read moregarage. Their mounting was successful and safe, and that was good. However, their dressing of the cables was inadequate. They should've addressed them the same way the original cables were, and that's in the trays that are in the arms of the brackets. The cables that were in there originally were shown in the trays, so they should've been able to do that very easily. That's one reason I'm knocking a point off. The other reason I'm knocking off a point is when we tried to talk to the lead installer, she ignored us and said they couldn't lower the TV as we asked. We were able to do it ourselves after they left, and we properly dressed everything - so yeah, a 3.
