When the lady returned my call, she was all set and just confirmed what I wanted, told me the price per gallon, and said it would be delivered within the next few days. I'm guessing the work load isn't too crazy right now, because usually we can expect it to take longer. But as she said, they did the delivery within a few days and left the bill. It is a shame that a person cannot speak with customer service other than sending an online request form. United Propane President, CEO, Board of Directors where are you? Apparently not at United Propane running the company and helping your customers out! Where is your loyalty to the customers, I see that you have a loyal customer of 30 years and I'm sure there are hundreds more. The inspection on our tank and delivery of fuel was fantastic. The problem came when I went to pay…read more I gave the driver our credit card information to charge the card when he returned at the end of the day. Our card was never charged and just received a bill with a late charge on it. When I called to discuss with someone the young lady on the phone scoffed at me twice during our conversation. She proceeded to tell me that they did not charge our card which was what I had told her already. She had to ask me questions about information that I had already given her and was obviously not listening to what I was saying. Beware of the lack of communication/listening skills on behalf of the office staff. This is our first issue we have had with them and although it is a minor issue I will be shopping around for another gas company once we have to refill our tanks.
