She took my initial information, verified insurance and we were all set. Everyone in the clinic are very friendly. During my visit they had a lot of patients, different nationalities, some knew each other, all atmosphere is very relaxing. All been seeing fast and we were invited to see the doctor on time. At first we saw the nurce , who took additional information and then dr. S.Morgan came. She quickly indicated the problem, actually few of them and offered a plan of action. She explained the steps we need to follow, possible diagnostic need to make, and made appointment . They directly contacted my pharmacy about medication, even it in different state. I'm happy so far, we drove 2+ hrs and will do it again. Looking forward to be healed now.

I was waiting quite a while to be called back. On one occasion, I arrived early for my appointment, and they forgot about me, calling several later appointments before me. I braced myself to be forgotten again. But she acknowledged that I had been waiting too long and called back to the audiologist, who came to get me right away. I'm glad that the complaints of patients and customers were heard and important changes implemented to make my hearing loss journey less stressful. I appreciate that.

CRAY CRAY!!! Quisling has literally flipped his lid. I was a patient of his back in 1993. I was…read moreattending Belmont University and had some vocal problems. At that time, he was known as one of the best docs in Nashville. He had a very nice office in the complex of the hospital out past the airport. He addressed my problem and was completely on top of his game. Fast forward. Several years ago, I was having some vocal issues (I am a professional singer) and immediately thought about Quisling. I looked him up, made an appointment and bought a plane ticket to BNA. Once I arrived in Nashville, I entered the address in the GPS and noticed that he was in a new location. I pulled up to an old strip mall type place and thought to myself...I must be in the wrong place. I called and the lady who answered the phone (who is also his nurse) was waving at me through the window. So...I walk inside and it looked like a 1970's waiting room. Immediately, I'm called back and there's a row of chairs. It's one big room. Nobody else is there but me. I'm thinking to myself "am I being punked?" He scopes me and unlike his previous office, there were monitors everywhere where you could see the scope yourself and see exactly what he was doing. At this new location...the technology appeared to be from the 70's. It gets better. He sends me off to another room. The nurse comes in and pulls out a pair of headphones (they were literally the ones with the orange foam covers and were literally from a walkman radio). The nurse tells me he wants to do an ion treatment on my vocal cords. NO LIE...She puts the headphones on my throat and starts the cd player. By now, I swear that I must be on a hidden camera tv show. Nope...no tv show. The nurse comes back and I'm like "you have to be kidding me." Either she was cray cray too or she's going online with this stuff for a paycheck. So, my visit comes to a close and Quisling invites me back into yet another room. He tells me he wants to show me a top secret invention he's been working on. I mean...I flew all the way to Nashville...why stop now. He takes me to an area that was clearly an "authorized personnel only" area and flips the light on and there is this huge contraption that looks like something you'd see at Ripley's Believe it or not! It's a music machine that has drums, horns, keys, etc. and it plays songs. I had seen it all. In all seriousness, Quisling was on the forefront of medicine back in the early 90's, but it appears as if somewhere along the way, he snapped...like he literally flipped his lid. He was too smart and he pushed himself over the edge. Again...that's just my personal opinion. However, lots of money was wasted on that day, but it was truly an unforgettable experience.

I went to see Dr. Quisling for a lingering cough. After doing several tests in a hurry, without…read moreexplaining what those were, he pulled a syringe and gave me a shot before I had a chance to ask what it was. I had such a bad experience, and I keep wondering what that shot was. He never opened the medication in front of me, almost like he knew I needed that specific shot before I got there. What kind of doctor keeps syringes laying around like that? He might be a good doctor, but I would never ever go back there nor recommend him to anyone.
