The cashier called out the manager b/c it rang up differently. I showed him the internet website advertisement. With complete rudeness, even hostility in his voice, he glared "it's a mistake"! I can't sell it to you for than price, someone entered it wrong. Well it's halfway through the sale month, can you honor the stores mistake for 1 bottle? I ask. NO, bugged eyed now. No words exchanged, we just left. To make matters worst, as we sat in the car discussing this very icky interaction, he came out and looked around the parking lot! It was obvious because he behaved poorly, he figured we'd resort to his ill behavior. The only mistake here is to think that this business gives a hoot about their customers . He obviously doesn't care about customer relations or professionalism! I wonder what happens when a customer accidentally breaks a bottle? We won't be back.

I have been to this establishment with the previous owners and I have been here with the new ones…read moreand this place just really isn't my favorite. Yes they have a decent selection of alcohol which is the point of a liquor store but there doesn't seem to be a flow. There isn't any signage of which aisle are what. I went in recently and was looking for some prosecco and had no idea where to start. I do love how they now have two registers and instead of it being on the side it's facing a different direction. One other thing that did bother me is I am ok with people speaking different languages because I do, but when you have a customer at your register I think it's respectful to speak to the customer not amongst each other in a different language. Just think it's a manner type thing. Hopefully they can get the layout and signage down and manners so their rating can go up. Especially since they are right by a college.
