Do you sometimes feel scared of the sketchy people that walk in behind you? Yes. But hey, these guys are so damn helpful. Also I found their prices to be the best. Whenever I need a case of wine, they always give me a incredible deal. Sometimes they throw a few free samples in the bag. If you walk in and look lost, someone will walk up and answer any questions. They have a good selection here, which is what brought me back after my first purchase. On my…read moresecond visit I purchased two bottles of bourbon; one costing $100 and one costing $110. I didn't notice, but the staff member helping me placed both bottles in a single bagged plastic bag with nothing to separate them. When I got home and picked the bag up from the seat of my vehicle, the bottoms clinked together and the bottom of one popped out. I wasn't rough, but it doesn't take much glass on glass contact with a bottle that size to break it. Even though every other place I've ever shopped at has always separated bottles in one way or another, not wanting to be a Karen, I asked, what I thought was very reasonably, that they sell me a replacement at cost. This way they don't lose any money, and it offsets my loss. The manager told me he would ask the vendor about it. When I followed up he said the vendor declined to replace it, and the owner refused to sell me one at cost. Just recently I was shopping at a different store and I asked that owner what they thought. They said the vendor will always replace breakage but in the event that they did not, he agreed the store should have helped. He also showed me a pile of cut up cigarette boxes that they used to separate their bottles . So, rather than forgoing the profit on a single bottle, this business will now forego the profit on every bottle I would have bought in the future. They don't care about their customers here.
