I went in for a cleaning and check up. I was told by Dr Brown I had "3 cavities on the top right…read moreand possibly one on the left but wouldn't know till he got in there". X-rays were taken of my teeth 3 times in one month, I had to pay out of pocket for one. I had already hit my maximum with a crown so I did not follow up when the front desk ask if I wanted an appointment for the filings. I chose to follow up with another dentist, family has been using for a long time. He could not find a single cavity. He also informed me how unnecessary it was for Dr Brown to take multiple X-rays. Later I received a $500 bill, that my insurance has no claim for but st Robert family dental claims I owe. I payed $300 out of pocket for my cleaning when I was last there. No one can tell me with the $500 was for besides (insurance didn't cover) didn't clever what???? I let that go to collections Dr Brown, you are one sketchy dentist

I called this business with my insurance information. They assured me that I was completely covered…read moreI have a primary and secondary insurance. They proceeded to take X-rays that apparently they say aren't covered. However they would not run it thru my primary. Ok fine, maybe they should have mentioned that insurance wouldn't cover the type of X-rays they had taken. Now I'm out $82. Lesson learned I will never go to this office and anyone going needs to make sure they are covered don't take their word for it. I assumed since they are by the post they would take the insurance that most employees have working on post. Do not recommend this establishment.
