This's dental office is not for children! Emotional intelligence is important for a successful business! I realize driving is all you do living in this area to receive quality care. But buckle up and drive! Do not subject your child to this establishment. Children require patience, empathy, and compassion! Dental health is important! But a painful dental experience will last forever! It's a New Year' with new expectation! So, instead of thinking about the money. Do the right thing for the kiddos! Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Had my six month checkup and cleaning done and it was extremely painful. I don't know why I was subjected to have a sharp pick pushed constantly into my gums instead of on my teeth. Not sure the technician had any formal training on how to clean teeth. Then they treated my wife terribly when she asked to change her cleaning appointment. They set it up Six months later. WTF! Supposed to get a cleaning every six months. Now she has to wait a year to get a cleaning and check-up. Just awful. read more

Only a couple of visits (general check, cleaning and fill) with Forum and liked most of them so far. Dr. A is fantastic and gentle while hygienists have been really thorough. However, their office appears to be disorganized. Maybe it's the post-COVID effect. As I was waiting, staff discussed back-office matters (which is fine in the break room, but not in front of the customer). read more

I did return to Forum for a post op appointment due to my swelling. The Dr was very concerned and prescribed me some amoxicillin and other medicine for my pain. I was not charged any additional fees and feel better about my last visit. Forum redeemed themselves. Tks. read more

I cannot speak on the quality of care because we never made it to the appointment. I made an appointment over a month out so that my children and myself could have an appointment at the same time. This is important for school age children and working families..... anyway, I digress. I show up to my appointment and the door is locked. The sign says the clinic opens at 0800..... online reports clinic opens at 0800.....someone finally comes to see what I need and tells me there are no appointments for the morning as they have been moved for a clinic meeting..... my appointment is next week..... that would have been nice to know before I missed work and my kids missed their morning at school. The courtesy of that little information would have been nice. Maybe just a fluke, but now that we have to miss again for a real appointment, not a chance I want to take. read more

I was very upset with how the dentist makes me feel, I have very bad anxiety and when I go to the dentist it gets worse. Each time I've seen her she doesn't really seem to care that I'm uncomfortable, I feel like the problem with my tooth should have been resolved by now I have to wait 3 weeks to be treated with a fractured tooth I am in excruciating pain I was given pain meds and sent on my way there's no way I will be able to function with this kind of pain for 3 weeks. I can't take care of my kids or do my job if I'm in this much pain this is horrible. read more

I really wanted to like you Dental Forum. Your staff are very nice and thorough, but please emphasize with your dental hygienists the following: 1.) inform your patients what you are about to do (surprising me with a slap on sunglasses before I was ready), 2.) be more gentle (I've had my teeth cleaned on a regular basis but never have I come out with bleeding gums and a sore mouth, and no, I don't have any gum diseases or cavities. 3.) professionalism (I didn't need to wait 10 minutes in between cleaning and polishing just so you could catch up on your personal life stories, there may be a divider but I can still hear you, 4.) again be gentle (there's a person behind the teeth, I don't appreciate my lips being pulled left and right, and my mouth overfilled with water). Your dentists are nice, they express genuine gratitude. But, it's been a day and my mouth is still sore. Sorry, you have lost my business and referrals. read more
