A few days later saw a different picture with a person on a table which appeared to stretch the back. Made a phone call, and found that they accepted my insurance. But wanted to do a consultation and take x-rays first. The first appointment they went over range of motion and found the pressure points that caused pain and asked about what I do for work? Told them I sit on a computer many hours a day many days a week. Next they worked up the plan for how many times I will be at the center and what types of things I will have to do at home. They take an alternative approach to Physical Therapy. I like what they do and how they don't mess around with isolating the areas that need some strengthening. Have been to 3 different Physical Therapy places around SLC in the past and they came and went and didn't seem to care. Here they use physiotherapy (not sure how different from PT?) and make sure you are on task and doing the proper procedures as designed. This entails stretching, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, strengthening the muscles, increasing flexibility, and improving balance and coordination. The staff, doctors, chiropractors, massage therapist, and nurses all treat the patients with dignity and respect. Seen a couple negative reviews on where which don't seem to have actually been to the facility except to make an appointment. Some guy named Dust C posted the same things over and over which should be flagged by Yelp for inaccurate review. Have been coming to IG since late July '20 and still go 2x a week now Oct '20. And most days are great for being pain free some days aren't so good but are becoming few and far between. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that they sometimes get really busy, and most of the time it is because I am running late to my scheduled appointment. Highly recommend this facility for those that are suffering from pain that want to avoid surgery or an elixir. :-)

So I started doing a lot of research on my own and was able to finally find some relief with diet restrictions, but I didn't want to be restricted and barely surviving my whole life, I wanted to be free of illness and thriving, so I kept looking and I finally found Dr. Wright and Julie. They figured out I've had several infections (Lyme, Epstein Barr, etc.), which other doctors had tested for, but they didn't use the right tests and so failed me just like all the other doctors failed me (I'm pretty upset at our healthcare industry if you couldn't tell). I'm now infection-free and feeling so much better. I'm still going to the clinic to help rehabilitate my poor body because after being sick for a lifetime, it's taking a bit more work to recover fully. But I feel so much better than I ever remember feeling already, so while I'd love to not be pouring all my money into healthcare bills still, I'm finally seeing real results and that makes it worth it. You have to be open-minded about some things they use, like the biometric machine (or whatever it's called). I thought that was a bunch of hooey at first, but it's turned out to be an invaluable tool. I can honestly say Dr. Wright and Julie gave me my life back. Also, everyone that works at the clinic is AMAZING! I love them all so much. Some of the IV treatments can take several hours to complete so you really get to know the people there (both the staff and the other patients) and without any exceptions, they are all so kind and wonderful. It's a lovely feeling being able to go to the doctor and being welcomed instead of feeling like you're a problem they don't want to deal with or you're interrupting their gossip sessions at the front desk. Dr. Wright also is constantly researching and learning new skills and keeping up on the latest information, which makes him a unicorn in the medical profession. I finally found a doctor I can trust!

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in extraordinary hands. Dr. Taylor is not only a gifted Physical Therapist -- he is also an Osteopath, and that distinction made all the difference. On my very first visit, he provided a comprehensive osteopathic treatment, followed by stim therapy and aquatic therapy. I left feeling dramatically better than when I arrived, and with a clear, structured 6-week rehabilitation plan ahead of my next orthopedic surgeon appointment. That level of thoroughness and intentionality on a first visit is rare. What truly moved me, however, was this: I came in for my knee, but the fall had also aggravated an old neck injury. Pelvic floor PT involves everything from the diaphragm to the pelvic floor - it's so much more (and so much better!) than you think! My therapist, Kimball, is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He treats me with respect and explains everything to my satisfaction. He did a thorough assessment and created a personalized therapy plan for me. I always feel comfortable and safe with him. The PTAs, Lexi and Julie, are AMAZING. These women really know their stuff. They are both kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and intuitive. They give me the right exercises to strengthen the right muscles to help my pelvis, back, SI joints, etc. While I'm there, I have a private room and receive one on one attention. We do the stretches, exercises, and other therapeutic activities (e.g., massage, cupping) that I can't do at home. They follow my plan but make changes as needed depending on how I'm doing and feeling. The front desk staff and other assistants are also wonderful. They are always helpful and kind. The rooms are always clean and everything is tidy. They take good care of you here. I'm making excellent progress, so when my insurance ran out (I'm limited to 20 visits/plan year) I kept going. I'm paying out of pocket because it's helping so much. It's absolutely worth it. I have chronic, debilitating low back pain and I've had two ablations done. With this therapy, I function so much better with less pain. I don't plan to get another ablation done. Pelvic floor PT really works. Anyone whose had a baby, abdominal surgery, experiences incontinence, has a prolapse of any kind, etc. would benefit from this therapy. You have to do the work but it's totally worth it. FYZICAL has an app where they load all the exercises you need to do at home. They each have a video in case you forget how to do them. This is one of my favorite things. I'm motivated by streaks so it helps me do my exercises every day. You can also make appointments using the app. For pelvic floor PT, it's essential you see the right therapists. In my opinion, FYZICAL is the only place to go. The therapists and PTAs are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and highly trained in pelvic floor PT. They're the best! I would never go anywhere else.

I would have given them 5 stars, but sometimes they can get backed up quite a bit. One time they got behind by about an hour or so which was kind of annoying. And they are usually booked out a good 6 weeks. I do appreciate that they have a lab in the building, so if you ever need blood work done, it is right there.
