My husband and I have been plugging in online to Forward Church's services for about a month now and visited in person for the first time last Sunday. We were surprised in the best possible way at how loving, and Gospel based this community is. We were met by Pastor Clint at the door and immediately could tell he was a very down to earth guy and very approachable. I felt open to sharing with him our backgrounds after the service. We were greeted by everyone we passed! Pastor Clint's preaching abounds in the grace and love of God, and he does one of the best jobs I've yet seen at covering the promises of God and breaking them down in a very applicable way. I love that he makes it a priority to shepherd his flock by preaching the full Gospel of Christ in a Scripturally sound way! That's something we prayed for a long time to find in a church. We visited Forward Church for the first time about a year ago and could not have found a more perfect place for us. We have found nothing but open arms from the congregation and staff. There is a community atmosphere unlike anything we have seen anywhere else. Pastor Clint is a down to earth teacher and pastor and is accessible and honest while always teaching the truth. He teaches straight from the Word of God every week and gives ways to practically apply God's promises to your life. He and his family's walk with the Lord is overflowing! Even though I'm the pastor at Forward I still love the church! Believe it or not, I've met plenty of pastors who are not happy in their churches. My wife, Sara, and I love these people God has gathered in this body! It's a joy to teach and spend time with the folks at Forward from week to week.
