He has been consistently pleasant, professional, welcoming, and walk around welcoming people and making sure the works get done. He addresses any concern promptly and courteously. He smile and talk to anyone coming in and he is very very professional in his demeanor and presentation. I beleive he makes the success of the place and good reputation. I also believes that he is the reason why the place is so well managed and people keeps coming back.of course the food is delicious and a good team of cooks. However, I believe he makes the restaurant run smoothly and he is hands on. He goes out of his ways to accommodate anyone and any groups.
