Barre classes combine work at the barre and on a mat to target you abs and inner thighs. She also incorporates work with light weights to work on your arms. Pilates on the reformer is an awesome to stretch and lengthen muscles and strengthen your core without just doing crunches or other traditional and exercises. The best thing about Tanya is that she modifies every move for each individual so if you have trouble in some spots, she can adjust the exercise for your personal ability level while still getting a great work out!
