Once stock is confirmed the salesperson will receive confirmation you want the item and then they will bring it to the counter. They are very particular with this process. And they are hawkish. I never got warm fuzzies from the salespeople who seemed very intense and eager for any sale. They never engaged in pressure sales but once interest was shown they quickly descended with military precision. Our salesperson was efficient and solid, but seemed quickly irritated when he couldn't close a sale immediately especially if a cash register was occupied by another co-worker. We were never in a rush but our salesperson wanted to be done. He hovered by three different machines before one freed up. The merchandise is quite nice! I especially loved the purses which were classy and unique with fantastic colors. I love them! If you want fancy paper or great purses would highly recommend!
