A month later he claimed he remembered that he did have the funds but had lost all the paperwork concerning my grandparents estate! I was told the funds would be sent out soon, however this process dragged on a year (after he was already a year late) countless fruitless phone calls where he couldn't even remember what was said the last time we spoke, emails that would go with no response for weeks, and claiming he would send the money the next day and then nothing for months with no explanation. He has treated me and my love ones as an inconvenience and not a priority. When I finally received the funds (2 years late) it was not the amount that I had in my records he became agitated with me and responded with "this concludes our conversation" when there was no conversation at all and I am still waiting on answers. Mr. Powers is highly unprofessional and in the end should not be trusted with handling you or your loved ones affairs!
