It's nice to be able to call them without worrying that it might be too late to get the day I want. They will do your move if they can regardless of a late notice. They took care of my things and I will definitely use them in the future. They charge by the hour, send 2 or 3 guys, then work their butts off. Andy provided me a quote and we talked about deposit, and Andy went on his way. I had received a couple of other quotes too, and we went with the lowest bid which was Andy. Now normally I like to go with the mid ground quote, but the dream house cost a pretty penny and we were going to be with them, so cost was a big factor for us...but Andy was nice at initial meet so I paid the deposit and hoped for the best. Fast forward a few days, and Andy reached out to let me know that he was on the way but had a brief hold up. He and 3 other individuals arrived, introductions were made and we did another quick walk through to show the team of 4 what was getting moved. Andy, Dan, Jackie and Steve got to work, moving all of the stuff we discussed. Okay, these guys made quick work of our heavy stuff, you know, all the stuff that our 40+ year old backs need time to recover if we had moved. Or the stuff that would have caused my husband and I to argue, or the stuff that we moved the last time and said WE ARE NEVER MOVING THAT STUFF AGAIN! And I have no idea how they did it so quickly because they did it with utmost care!! In addition to being great at their jobs, these people were all just really good people. The move took several more hours due to the multiple trips across town they had to take. They broke furniture and refused to take responsibility.
