The truckers are still hauling goods - that hasn't stopped. I advised if I dont recv the nightstands the 1st part of April, I want a refund. NO ONE HAS APOLOGIZED FOR THE POOR COMMUNICATION! If this is how the owner of the company does business in his personal life, imagine how he runs his business. I have my wedding set that I bought from another store and I've taken it back and had it worked on, cleaned and re-dipped several times. I told him I felt he was staring me down and too close. I asked him about his attire trying to diffuse. He refused service (which is totally within his prerogative) so I apologized. He seemed to take satisfaction on demeaning me. I got a service ticket, however returned to collect my watches. I offered to pay for any cancelation and he declined. They also have some of the best sales I've seen for a small town hardware store, my mom and my sister both shop at this store, my mom drives from Canton to shop at this store. The people working at this store are the best, friendly, helpful, and epitomize the personal service you would expect to get in a small town business. Highly recommended
