Our company hired them during a remodel. At the end of the job, we had to ask them to come back to…read morefix their work because jacks and outlets didn't work. Turns out cables were labeled wrong. It worries me because now I'm wondering what else wasn't done properly that I don't know about. I believe it stems from the work environment being a distraction. It seems toxic from the top down. Employees screaming at each other, clearly not getting along, and certain employees doing most of the work while others are on their phones. As someone in charge of my own employees, I know that in-fighting bleeds over into how well the job is completed. I also know that employees are only as good as the people who lead them. Leadership is non existent, instead I watched a manager belittle the work an employee had done. When the employee defended himself, the manager laughed. It appeared to me like the manager either had favorites, or had a series of bad days, and took his frustrations out on this one particular employee. I would never recommend this company. They are unprofessional at best.

James finish up the first part and we were told to "call them when we have the telephone line in and we can connect it to the panel, everything else is set". We paid in full and believe in good faith that things will go smooth. COVID hits we encounter delays. When we called to finalize, my staff called and speak to CHRIS and TODD! They are now PYE BARKER. Extremely different culture. They gave us all the excuses and run around. We called 2 weeks ago to inform them that we are ready. 3 weeks later, they said, "it will be a lot of work, permit is expired because it only last a year (??? - due to COVID this was extended July 2021), there's no copy of the zoning of this job so it will be a lot of work (???), we don't have your contact information (all our contact info is in front of all the doors of the building and how can they deal business and took thousands of dollars without contact info?), we're gonna have to charge you hourly (???) - I mean, for a NATIONAL COMPANY LIKE THIS - How can people operate like this? We need to talk to the people who actually knows what they're talking about and be responsible and decent to talk to! We have a contract to complete the job, paid in full. We are still waiting on what they're going to pull next. I am hoping this is a miscommunication in the transition. I will update my review with an objective summary and see what happen next...
