However, the repairman appeared to be in a hurry and after he repaired the pipe he instructed me to turn the water on after 2 hours past. To be on the safe side I waited 4 hours before turning the water on. He gave me no other instruction other than to turn the water on after 2 hours. After I turn the water on the pipe burst again and the repairman made another trip the next day. This is when he explained that the water should be turn on a little at a time and the faucets should be running. 6 months later my water bill was 100 plus dollars for the next three months. I finally noticed that the same pipe had burst again. On March 3, 2021 I called Roto Rooter and to my surprise they treated it has a new job. I spoke with the repair person and asked if he could return to turn the water on after the repair. He explained to me that he would have to treat it as new called and I would be charged accordingly. This past Sunday morning I noticed water running down my driveway and yes, the same pipe was leaking again. I paid $264.00 the first time Roto Rooter came to my house and I paid $253.00. The second time they came to repair the same pipe that they repair 8 months prior, I was charged $261.00 dollars. I've paid over $500.00 to have one small section of the same pipe repaired. It worries me because now I'm wondering what else wasn't done properly that I don't know about. I believe it stems from the work environment being a distraction. It seems toxic from the top down. Employees screaming at each other, clearly not getting along, and certain employees doing most of the work while others are on their phones. As someone in charge of my own employees, I know that in-fighting bleeds over into how well the job is completed. I also know that employees are only as good as the people who lead them. Leadership is non existent, instead I watched a manager belittle the work an employee had done. When the employee defended himself, the manager laughed. It appeared to me like the manager either had favorites, or had a series of bad days, and took his frustrations out on this one particular employee. I would never recommend this company. They are unprofessional at best.

They are no…read morelonger over charging us, rather they apologized and were willing to accept $244.35 (less than the 75% of our remaining balance) as a final early cancellation fee. I am grateful for the phone call but wish it had not been needed and that we could have cancelled this easily through the representative that we spoke with as a customer calling a service provider. I am happy though with the resolution and cancellation of services.
