He was quick to respond to my emails and he made the entire process very easy so we could focus on other aspects of the shower. We were given so many options for customization, which shows how much this company cares for its customers On the day of the event, Christian was sent to set up the Selfie. He did not leave until we were happy with the placement and the lighting of our photos. Overall the Photo Booth was soo easy and fun to use. Everyone enjoyed having their photos taken and they all left with a beautiful reminder of our event. They made sure to send me a proof before the event, and it looked great! I worked with Stefan, who is the absolute sweetest. He was very personable and kind, and got everything set up very quickly. He made sure the guests knew how it worked, and then he went off-site during the event and told me to give him a ring if anything happened - we did have a slight problem, and I called him to let him know. He was back within 5 minutes and got the booth back up and running (it was something super minor). Another extra mile from Stefan - I TOTALLY forgot the photobooth backdrop and instantly panicked because the venue wasn't exactly set up for a nice background for photos. Luckily for me, Stefan was prepared. He had two backdrops in his van and let me choose, and didn't charge me anything extra for my mistake. I really appreciated him saving the day like that!
