Time to update and state that, five years later, this company remains as good as it gets. First and foremost, they don't bullsh*t. When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. Over the years, they've provided plenty of materials and support to local businesses, most evidenced by so many restaurants that proudly posted their un-gender-specific bathroom signage that, honestly, couldn't be better stated. While he is a fantastic designer and has many great ideas, he does not respond to communications, has missed almost every deadline and cost me to miss out on several events. He shifts blame for his tardiness on others instead of taking responsibility for himself. I would have ended our work together in the first year but after he had signed an NDA and contracts and had so many of my files, I pushed through. Over the years numerous texts and emails were sent with crying emojis and begging him to please finish current files. As an educational game designer, deadlines are very important (of which he was completely aware). Showing my products to the Economic Center in town and my IP attorney, they wanted to work with him until they witnessed the delays, gaslighting, excuses, ignoring and bread crumbing with a teeny file. I am so grateful for the creations he designed for me but the years of stress, frustration, missed events, missed income and embarrassment from not being prepared because he didn't finish his work, I am done. He had 1 thing to finish so that I could place my game order (I've been waiting for months) and bailed. I have cried so much because this man chose to dictate my deadlines, after agreeing to them. I have the aggravation to find a new designer, but at least I am free of crying over broken promises and being ignored.

Robin called me after two days of trying to remove the stain & explained that she had tried to remove the stain unsuccessfully; however she had one more treatment but it could permanently damage the dress & wanted to advise me first. I told her to go ahead as I could not wear the dress with the stain so prominently showing, which she did & boy, what a great job! The stain is totally removed & the dress is as beautiful as ever! First time customer at Valet Dry Cleaning . We have been to…read moreone other dry cleaners and they were great but the location was not convenient for us so I was looking for something closer. When I found Valet I called and asked for pricing, they were nice and answered all my questions. The pricing was cheaper than the other dry cleaners I used. That was a nice surprise. The service was good, not chatty or overly nice but standard service. They asked if I wanted the shirts starched (I was never asked that before) and at what level light or heavy. I asked if it was extra charge (since everything is extra nowadays) they said no extra charge. That was another surprise to me. ‍ They definitely pay attention to detail in the way you receive your clothing back. For the suits they put plastic pieces in the collars, tissue in the sleeves and had card board on the hangers to ensure the suits kept shape. Above and beyond what our last place would do. It felt like our clothes were well taken care of. They looked sharp! For first time experience I have no complaints. Also surprised to see how big the operations were, they definitely have a system down. Very thankful for their service.
