She even thought of things that I never ever ever thought she would have (for example: a boppy pillow for nursing, space heater to keep newborn warm, white noise on blast to help soothe infant !). She is so very thoughtful. Michelle is a down to earth professional and I wish we could have had this experience with our first baby. Or even for our wedding or maternity photos.
