Last Dec we got a letter from the KDR saying we owed them $1900.00 from 2017 , upon further investigation we learned that $550.00 of that was from Penalties and Interest. My husband is a Contractor and had worked in 4 different states that yr and paid state taxes in all states, she recorded all 4 state tax amounts as being paid to Ks, therefore we received a return that was not due us. When brought to her attention she never admitted fault, amended our taxes and sent in an abatement letter asking to reverse the penalties and/or interest. When asked about those she said she would do our taxes free for us the following year. The end result , the state did not change anything, amount of Tax owed, penalties or Interest. We have never heard a word from her , she did not go to bat for us at all.

Roy promised a better sales outcome, leading us to cancel the previous agent's contract, incurring financial costs. However, there was minimal personal interaction or in-person meetings with potential buyers who scheduled appointments through their customer management system. all we saw was opinions text to us , where appointments were canceled or comments indicated the price was too high or the property was disliked. Our home had been recently remodeled after water damage, including new flooring, kitchen fixtures, and bathrooms and full paint job. It's hard to believe everyone genuinely disliked the property, especially since we never received an offer to counter. We subsequently listed the house with a smaller real estate agency, who secured numerous offers and ensured in-person meetings with potential buyers at the property. Unfortunately, the housing market declined during this time, resulting in a significant loss when we finally sold the house. In my opinion, one Star is too high of rating to give to Roy Group.

The top person yelled at me because I told him what I thought of the company and his personal. She did not keep me up to date on what is going on and they missed closing date 3 times so it cost me more money to close on selling my house. The roy Group does not take responsibility for there actions. Days before the 6 month contract was about to run out they finally had an open house. The company slips in extra charges and say they hired a termite guy to spray but no one came out and they will not give he the invoice for spraying. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE OF WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IT REALLY IS.
