What the hell can you do with 9 cents in 2023? I was sent emails and harassed over pennies. Woe to you who get a mortgage with this company or have a actual car payment that is behind. I was sent emails to resolve a matter I did not cause. I am angry, I am dissapointed and I will not be doing business with this bank in the future. I would say the word for this was PETTY.
