This…read morestadium has all the things you love at a baseball game: beer, burgers, snacks, ice cream and more. We came on the 4th of July and the stadium was really full. It's great to see the community support this local baseball team. The tickets are very reasonable and affordable for families with children. Parking was $5 in the lot behind beaver stadium; cash only. We paid $24 for two tickets in the lower section behind home plate. There's also a great view of Mount Nittany behind the outfield. I would recommend this location for couples, families, and everyone of all ages!

I mean, why sell 1 when you would sell 2? why make $4 when you could make $3 twice? but, not crowded, and wide aisles, as they say.

With parking just across the street, an onsite concession stand, CLEAN permanent bathrooms, a great sound system, lights, a nicely manicured infield and outfield, 250' fences and both uncovered bleachers down the lines and covered seating behind the plate, this is one of the nicer places we've played that wasn't turf. I was truly glad to see that a city was willing to put money into a quality softball facility and not just a baseball facility that they could alter to use for softball. The field is a bit farther away than I'd like for a small softball tournament, but it's not TOO bad...only a little more than an hour from us. I only wish the girls would have walked away with a little hardware from this tournament, but it just wasn't meant to be. We never saw the ball fields or swimming pool, but it's a pleasant and serviceable if unspectacular place for a get-together.
