SteelStacks in Bethlehem absolutely surprised me in the best way…read more I'm used to the massive MusikFest setup, so rolling up to a smaller, all-grass stage felt totally different but honestly? It ended up being one of the most fun concert nights I've had in forever. I saw Set It Off, Zero 9:36, and Hollywood Undead... in the pouring rain... and it somehow made everything even better. The whole lawn has a gentle hill so you can see the stage from pretty much anywhere. Plus it's all general admission, which means you can wander, get closer, hang back by the buildings, sprawl out on the grass whatever fits your vibe in the moment. The acoustics were solid, the energy was wild, and we even got to meet a few of the Zero 9:36 guys afterward, which basically cemented the night as iconic. If you like flexible viewing, good sound, and concerts that turn into core memories because of the weather, the chaos, and the crowd SteelStacks is absolutely worth it.

Everything said in the other 5 star reviews is true.... But this is a food review (not a beer…read morereview , plenty of beer and good music.) If you come hungry, leave hungry. The food is dreadful, cold fries, dry, cold smash burger with a pickle glued to the bun with what I hope was cheese. Thank god for the ketchup. It was the only thing that made the food eatable. The dessert option included Italian water ice, which were chemically infused cherry flavored frozen ice without wooden spoon, just bendie plastic spoons available in plastic wrapped knife, fork and spoon napkin sets leaving you to toss the unused utensils in the trash, for the $3.00 price of the water ice you can afford the 10 cent paper wrapped biodegradable wooden spoons!

There are enough security people and ushers to assist you so you shouldn't have any issues. There are food and drinks throughout the arena though you'll need a credit or debit card to make a purchase. It is definitely a good place to see an event.

Visited the Santander Arena this past weekend for an old school hip hop concert. I didn't even know…read morethe arena existed prior to my friend suggested this concert. After this show, I doubt I'd see another show here. The area is conveniently located across from a hotel, which is great if you're traveling to Reading, PA like we were from another city or state. Unfortunately I cannot review the parking situation, because with took a Lyft there. But it seemed like everyone parked away from the arena. All of the staff was extremely friendly. From the attendant that helped us find our seats to the nice lady who sold us the $15 deuce-deuce can I'd Trulys. It's really sad how ridiculous these arena prices arena! The seats at the Santander were horrible. Of course because it's a concert, everybody was dancing and having a great time, but the seats were wobbling and moving more than we were. I felt like I was going to end up in the floor! The sound system wasn't the best either. Most times, the music was completely overpowering the artist. For these two reasons, I doubt I'll be back. But the concert was great!

You can hear the crack of the bat and the chatter from the dugout without straining. Baseball as it should be seen. The Delaware River runs right behind the outfield. On hot nights the breeze rolls in off the water. It cools the air, turns the place into something comfortable when the rest of New Jersey is sweating. That is not something you can engineer. That is geography being kind. Parking is easy. Five dollars. Cash only. Plentiful and close. In a world where stadium parking often feels like extortion, this is practically charity. The food is not just food. It is a catalog of local pride. Case's Pork Roll. Killarney's. Rita's Italian Water Ice. Raccoon Saloon. Alongside these sit Colbie's Southern Fried Chicken and Boomer's BBQ. If none of that calls to you there are still the old standards. Hot dogs. Pretzels. Popcorn. Nachos. The ballpark classics are covered. There is even a picnic area down the left field line for groups who want baseball and burgers in equal measure. The ballpark is easy to get to. Right on Route 29 by the riverfront. Quick access to 29, 129, I-195, and I-295. No mazes. No confusion. A night here is affordable, easy, and close to the event in every sense. Five stars.

And it was…read morealmost impossible to find good reviews so I thought I would share in case it helps somebody else. As far as parking, I had a lot of people helping me by telling me that street parking wasn't really hard to find, you just have to get there at a reasonable time if you want to be closer. We actually arrived later than I wanted to, maybe 20 minutes before the event and we still were pretty close. I kept reading about a giant hill that you had to walk up to get to the seats and I didn't understand until I got there. So if you park on a street near the "bottom" entrance of the stadium, when you enter, you climb a steep paved path to get to the higher rows of bleachers. If you're sitting in the first 15 bleachers starting from the field, though, you can simply just walk around the track from where you enter and walk up the steps. If you park in street parking that's at the "top" of the stadium (we chose to park on West Chew St between 22nd-20th) then when you enter and show your tickets, you're in a good position to walk down to the higher bleachers. I am the idiot who parked near the top of the stadium and had to walk 21 rows down (with a knee problem and no rail to hold onto) to our Section E, 9th row seats. The bathrooms are not as bad as I had read, they're near the top and bottom entrances and I didn't find them particularly difficult to get to either from the top of the stadium, or walking along the bottom of the track. We were there for the DCI event and there were also lots of portable bathrooms that were easy to use. I brought a stadium seat that had armrests on it and didn't have any problem using it, but I can see that if you are in a section that is completely packed out and you are in the middle of that section, it might get dicey because it's so crowded. I was on the aisle, and my son was sitting next to me so it was fine. I saw some other people using the same kind of chairs without problems, but again they were not in sections that were completely packed with people. But I will say that, even though our entire section was not packed out, there was a point at which there were people in front of me and behind me plus my son sitting next to me and I was still able to easily use the chair. I was told beforehand that those chairs were not allowed in the stadium, but when I got there, nobody was saying anything to anyone who had them. And speaking of sections, I think next time I will still choose seats in E (or K). They're right next to the premium center sections, but still close enough to center to be well placed and not nearly as crowded. However, I will pick higher row of bleachers (between 20-25) to get an even better view. Although where we sat was perfectly fine as well, and maybe the sound was better? All in all, we had a very positive experience , and look forward to returning.
