We came home to a house which was 20 degrees and all of our pipes froze, then burst and now I'm dealing with a major insurance claim. I'm beyond done with this company and their shotty work. Finally, when I called the company to speak to a manager, I was met with attitude and no returned call. I just called again, as my furnace is not working, and I hope they have the professionalism to call back this time. Buyer beware!

They would not work with me at all and oil tank is near empty. Called charlton oil and they were very respectful and understanding and will deliver 100 gallons and no additive forced on me as well. Sherman oil pretty much told me to bad call back when you can afford the cost of 150 gallons and the additive. I will be telling all my friends about charlton oil and how nice they are. Will be staying with charlton oil from now on.

They called early the following morning to say they had a foot of snow in Leominster but would be out as soon as it was safe to travel. While I sincerely appreciated their offer, there is no reason anyone should put their life at risk just to get our well pump working, so I asked them to stay home and come the following day. At 8:05 AM they called to say they were on their way and had the problem fixed by 9:30 AM. I am once again thoroughly impressed by their customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and reasonable prices. They are the gold standard that other companies only aspire too.
