They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.

Each time I call the phone numbers 706-332-1031 (listed on service agreement) and 706-530-8170 (listed on internet search), the automated messages state that the phone numbers are no longer in service. The phone number 706-366-6543, on the same date of my service agreement, magically belongs to an older sounding lady who was "issued" the number on that date. No one is responding to calls, emails, text messages, or Yelp messaging. Thank goodness for the CC company and PayPal...they saved me from a loss.
