The people at the front counter have been great. The real problem for me is the issue with the…read morenoise in my new truck that I tried to have addressed. After two years of mostly unsatisfactory response from anyone past the front counter they said there was nothing wrong with it. I gave at least 5 people from the dealership rides in this truck and everyone of them listened to this noise. My salesman who sold me two new trucks and who I considered my rep at this dealership did absolutely nothing two help me in this regard.
