Their actions from that point were egregious the way they treated and spoke to her. My daughters pay the entire 2 years with a small raise has been ridiculously low being a lead hostess. She was expected to do more work with the small raise that was given and asked to do management training of new employees. She was always the reliable employee who picked up extra hours and holidays. I would strongly recommend anybody who's considering seeking employment by this company who has basically a corporate mentality of dollars over employee appreciation to think twice!

Mostly concoction of lots of vegetables over a biscuit or rice. It's wholesome food but not very appealing. The food is not hot and usually only luke warm and frequently cold. Aides serve it however they want. Often there are no napkins. Doesn't seem to be a process for serving food. Housekeeping ? It appears the don't clean residents rooms or dining area tables and floor. Management doesn't seem to manage. Lots of Directors but rarely see them. I don't believe they know what's going on in Memory care. My daughter spoke with the Resident Care director about dirty floor in dining room. Her response was "it's not my department". Choose carefully.

Exterior doors are often left unsecured, allowing strangers to wander in unnoticed. Staff seem stretched thin, and call buttons can ring endlessly without response. Basic safety checks appear inconsistent, and residents sometimes roam without supervision. The environment creates constant worry rather than peace of mind. Families deserve reassurance, but instead receive unease. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a secure, protective, and attentive home for loved ones today now always.

The nursing staff and CNAs are incredibly compassionate and attentive. They take the time to treat him with dignity and have made him feel comfortable during a difficult transition. I can't say enough good things about the therapy team. My husband arrived after surgery and, thanks to the dedicated physical and occupational therapist, he has made good progress. They push him to improve while staying safe. The staff keeps me updated on his progress. Which I really appreciate. Medilodge also provides a variety of daily actives. A special shout out to Tyronne , who goes above and beyond to ensure safe transportation to medical appointments. The facility is clean and well maintained, with areas for gathering by residents and their guest! I highly recommend Medilodge of Wyoming

He is often sitting in a dirty diaper for 6-9 hours at a time , He is hardly ever bathed and they do not cut his food or feed him. This facility goes through staff like water, the staff are treated as bad as the residents. The bathrooms are filthy as is the whole building. This home even lost my father OUTSIDE the facility for 2 hours. The workers did not even know my father was missing for over an hour. Lake Woods should not be allowed to care for anything with a pulse. The administrator is absolutely clueless and has no management skills. DO NOT put your relative in this place! Avoid any homes run by this group of owners. This Place should be CLOSED!

We don't event use the service but were trapped in the garage because cars were backed up to the street waiting for Valet. This coupled with constant problems with the elevator service in the parking garage just manages to raise stress levels for patients trying to keep appointments when they are already dealing with very stressful health issues.

I should preface this by admitting that I'm biased; Stonewood Homes is owned by my Aunt Sandie and…read moreUncle Pat. However, even if it was owned by strangers, I can't think of any place I would rather have my grandma live. Uncle Pat and Aunt Sandie are two of the kindest and most caring people that I know. When it became apparent that my grandma should probably not live by herself any longer, we had a family meeting about the situation. It was probably one of the easiest family meetings of this type. Aunt Sandie immediately said that she and Pat had always wanted to be able to have their family members live with them and of course they would be delighted to have Grandma move in. That's how Stonewood Homes was born, or at least my perception of it. :) When I think of kindness, generosity, and good sense, I think of my Aunt Sandie and Uncle Pat. Who else would convert their family home into a senior living facility? Not only does my grandma have a safe, wonderful, caring place to live, but she has the opportunity to share it with the other residents who quickly become her friends. I had the opportunity to visit Stonewood Homes in person this past weekend for my grandma's birthday. Uncle Pat and Aunt Sandie could not have been better hosts and it was wonderful to experience how my grandma is living. The house has the amazing characteristics of being both cozy and spacious. It's homey, but with tons of luxurious touches. In case you haven't seen the photo - there really is a beverage bar! Aunt Sandie always has coffee and hot tea at the ready. One final note: the beds are fantastic. I travel for work and have stayed in quite a few hotels. The memory foam mattress toppers are soooo comfortable! I slept like a dream, even if it was a twin sized bed. :)
