Had a hiccup in the data we received. Much of it was duplicates/multiple entries. Other portions contained contact data not relevant to our industry. Some contact data led us down a rabbit hole which we were able to identify as a business that closed 2, 3, even 4 yrs ago. However, I brought this up to my contact at Fount Media (John), and he promptly took action to find resolution. We agreed on solution and all is well now. Fount Media made a wrong into a right. **I cannot comment on the value of their lists compared to others, but I can say that the list we received (2600 QTY) was not ideal for our needs, but again, Fount Media acknowledged this and salvaged the situation. read more

The service from my rep was great! Good follow up skills, friendly, always responded. But their accuracy rate is not what they say. It's about 90%. And when i asked about it and asked for replacement names or other options, I was told the accuracy is higher than that so no. Nothing will be done. So just be aware. read more

We purchased a list of 10k contacts from Ryan Smith with Fount for our business email subscriber list. about 20% of the addresses were usable. We had to scrub them one by one because they included our competitors (who we obviously don't want to market to), hundreds of businesses that are permanently closed, businesses that aren't even in the same industry... you get the picture. They guaranteed their work before we signed on with them but when we went back to them with our list of thousands of totally unusable addresses, we were promptly blown off and no effort was made on their part to redeem themselves. Save yourself the time and money and get an intern to do some googling for you to collect emails, they'll do a better job. read more
