The store employee was patient with me and explained the mistake I'd made and how I could avoid this in the future. He could have easily sold me a new tank as it was my mistake; instead he fixed me up. Sent me away happy.

I've only had one occasion where I had an issue with a product, -- the staff were tentative and very mature in the way they handled it! and the issue was very swiftly resolved! Even if they don't necessarily have what I came in for, there is always a backup recommendation that is usually exactly and/or very close to what I initially came in for! For a store with so much to choose from, they do a fantastic job of keeping things organized and in view of there customers! I have to say however, the only thing I wish that would change is the menu screens! a little too small of writing and too fast of transition speed between pages! But to be fair, it gives you a good excuse to talk to all the really friendly staff members that can tell you a lot more than what the screens can! i hope this place stays for a long time! also, Shout out to the Manager, Jordan!
