The lady at the front desk billed my dental insurance instead of my medical insurance. They sent me statement after statement and blue cross my insurance company got involved multiple times and informed them how to correct the issue. Instead of being professional and doing their job, they sent me to collections instead. It's been almost 5 years and this was their solution. Absolutely garbage. I'm not knocking the doctors, it's the biller who doesn't know how to do their job correctly. Stay away from this place

She finally offered to give me a prescription. Needless to say, I wouldn't go back there.

They were able to guide me through exercises that fixed pain that had been with me for years. I cannot recommend the service here highly enough. For a long time I thought my pain would never go away, but I haven't experienced any significant pain in over a week for the first time since my injury. Everyone I worked with showed me some of the best treatment I have ever received. They listened well, showed genuine empathy, were extremely knowledgeable, and were fun to be around to boot. The staff here are actual angels.

No longer am I googling a sports med doc while standing at a concert. The facility is clean and they have some awesome equipment. Her progress from the day she admitted to Westland Nursing and Rehabilitation center to today is astonishing, I am beyond grateful for everything the staff has done for her. They did not just care for her they took the time to get to know her and make her feel comfortable. They knew her by name and every time I was in to visit several staff members would stop in her room to check in on her and say hello even if they weren't working the floor. She loved Kim the unit manager on her floor she said she always found a way to make everyone smile and brighten their day. The care you receive feels personal and that was really important to me and my family. We are beyond happy with our mothers stay at Westland and because of the excellent care she received we are able to take her home; that's a feeling I cannot even put into words. I have to say that I am beyond blown away by his progress by the care of the office staff and therapists as well as the owner. How seen, heard, and loved my son knows that he is every day that he is there. Our speech therapist, Reem, has been working with my son for one month now- (8 sessions), he went from having as few as 3 words (up down and cat) at our initial evaluation to becoming like a river that has burst through a dam. As of today he can identify shapes, colors, numbers, animals, and people. He only likes to say his dad's name and hasn't mastered speaking and communication quite yet but the progress we are observing is incredible. It brings me to tears every single time I hear my boy's voice come up with something new. The office is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, accommodating, kind, and loving. Delays or not, his brother will be joining this facility as soon as he's old enough as well.

When they did put me on weight machines, no one watched my alignment. The therapist was watching tv. When I asked about payment, they were dismissive and told me "not to worry about it." Well, I got a bill for $292 and I ONLY HAD 4 APPOINTMENTS. I was charged $88 for 15 minutes of exercises, and like I said before, it was exercises that I was doing at home. Insurance only covered $15 of that. My physical therapy experience was a joke. I have switched to Pilates Privates at a fully-equipped studio in St. Clair Shores, and it is a much better use of my time and money. I can not recommend Tri-Rehab.

As a result, all of my back muscles were very sore as well. Jan used a 3D cutaway model of a shoulder socket to show me the injury and why I was having all the pain. After 4 visits to TriRehab, my entire back was loose again, and my shoulder felt great. After the workouts, it was sore, but it felt great at the same time. They set me up with progressive exercises to do at home. I could set the pace and the extent at which I wanted to push my body towards recovery. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of physical therapy.
