After losing two implants and a bridge, I was referred to Mark Blue through my dentist. My call was not returned after two days. When I called back the receptionist claimed she didn't get my voicemail. The receptionist was less than customer service oriented and had an arrogant, abrasive tone. She asked me if I was married which I found offensive as it would be considered profiling and not necessary to my care. When I showed up a month later for my appointment, his assistant said I didn't answer all the questions on the form. Passive aggressively she replied, " the questions are all self explanatory ". I didn't feel my entire medical history pertinent since I was referred for the implant. At this point, I experienced an abrasive receptionist and a passive aggressive assistant. But that's not all! Dr. Blue apparently is too busy to read the referral and asked me what I want. He examined the post and suggested my dentist could build a partial attaching to the one remaining post. Dr. Blue did not examine where the one implant fell out, remaining gum tissue or any of my other teeth and gums. He was clearly distracted and I told him I didn't understand why I even came to see him. He was angered, he has short impulse control saying he was sorry I wasn't happy and walked out of the room in a little tantrum. I got up, went to the front to pay for this incredibly poor service. Another assistant had been notified of the incident between us and showed up at the front for no reason. She looked angry and interjected where she shouldn't have. Mark Blue's office is a toxic environment and practice. I can't think of a worse interaction I've had in a professional setting. I'd give a ZERO, rating for the whole practice, and a toddler tantrum rating for the doctor. Save your money, find a good Periodontist with a professional staff.

I was basically told "too bad." The Crown was uncomfortable from the start. Withjn several months my entire gum line near the Crown had turned black. I made an appointment to come back for what seemed to be an infection. I showed up on time and after 20 minutes finally gave up waiting and left.
