This place is a SCAM, read the reviews on this place before! WORST lake ever, DON'T COME HERE!!

This place is a SCAM, now I'm reading the reviews on this place and I should of read before! This place will not inform you where not to go and has no signs or buoys in the areas that you will get stuck, the water is sooo low even in the middle of the lake, you will get stuck with rocks everywhere that you can't see and this place is sleezy and will charge you 9,000 for something you had no fault in, worst lake I've ever been too!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! If I can give this place 0 stars I would!!

Went out to Four Corners today with friends for a day on the lake. It was a pretty day, a little overcast and not too hot. The water was gorgeous and felt refreshing.

Bathrooms were awful. They never wiped down the table. COVID or not that is against food code. But when I asked to seat MY FAMILY of nine I was told no. MY FAMILY. Sorry, I did not want to leave my kids out for dinner. Maybe you should focus on general cleanliness. I am not worried about catching COVID from my family but I damn sure am concerned about your food safety.

Four corners is the best dock on the lake. Heather is the best manager I could ask for. If you need something she can do it!

Still a beautiful place to be but some things have changed:…read more I would not rent a boat from Elm Hill Marina ("fun floats," whatever). They are run down and evidently they intend to make no improvements to them. The lack of upkeep over the 12 years I've used the marina combined with the other reviews over the past few years where it sounds like they're sending people out on boats that aren't water worthy and then accusing them of breaking them? More than one review like this. The parking is much expanded & all paved now but non-slip renters or boat club owners still park up the hill a bit, especially on holidays or nice weekend days. Management is not the greatest, doesn't respond to most maintenance requests, and most recently they reneged on a written agreement with me that cost me over $300. They know they can do whatever they want though, because 1) there are idiots lined up to take your spot, should you choose to leave your slip, and 2) every other marina in the area is just as "nice."

There are some good additions to the marina but Safe Harbor LLC was bought out by Blackstone. If…read moreyou know about Blackstone then you know this is not a good thing. As soon as new management took over things on the employee side of this marina started going downhill fast. If you don't kiss corporate backside then good luck. They only want employees that won't disagree with anything management has to say and maintenance is treated like they're invisible which is funny because at a place like this, maintenance is the only reason the marina is still floating. Anyway good luck! I hope things turn around here.

Owning a boat consists of not only the cost of purchase but also…read moremaintenance, slip fees, insurance, etc etc. While probably the most enjoying endeavor ever, boating costs a pretty penny. That's why companies such as the Nashville Boat Club are so perfect for those of us who love to boat but prefer the almost valet-like services of a rental company. With locations on Percy Priest, Old Hickory, and Center Hill Lakes (as well as lakes around the country!) the Nashville Boat Club is a perfect way to experience boating without the hassle of boating, if you will. They have excellent and knowledgeable staff to help train you on all the different boats in their fleets (pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats...all different types) as well as the different membership packages they offer. There is a one-time membership fee (paid only once and then BOOM you're a member for life) and then a monthly payment each month for 12 months with the option to renew or take a hiatus at the end of each year (without losing membership). All in all the cost is still loads cheaper than actually purchasing your own boat. Still expensive, just not as bad. And they provide all the water sport toys you could want, such as skis, wakeboards, tubes...they have quite the setup here. No matter the time of year you can take out a boat, so long as you reserved it, from hot summer days to chilly winter afternoons. It's a really fantastic company staffed with great people willing to explain all the different options they offer to members. If you are looking to get into boating or are a seasoned water baby, this is a great place to look if you're not necessarily in the market to purchase your own boat. I am more than happy with NBC and all it offers.

We will not be renewing our membership for the 2020-2021 season…read more In my opinion: The boats are very nice and the employees are great, but that does not make up for the fact that it is difficult to get a reasonable reservation. Regrettably it seems that the number of members has far outpaced the acquisition of boats and it is no longer worth the money as it is nearly impossible to get a reservation. This was previously a good deal but now the joining fee is approximately $3,200 and monthly fees of higher than $500. It is probably a better idea now to get you and a friend to go buy a boat rather than join this club, as one will likely be unable to get on the water with the Nashville Boat Club in any reasonable fashion. I would not join this club as of now.

We made our reservation through www.recreation.gov (military affiliation not required), and only a few sites were unreserved. Even on a weekday in April, it's a popular place! There are roughly 60 sites, all with electricity and water but not sewer hook-ups at the sites. (there is a separate shared dump station). Prices range from $28-$32 with the more expensive sites being those that are waterfront (if you're lucky enough to snag one!) A discount is available for National Park Service Interagency Senior Lifetime Pass-holders. What's to like? Well-maintained, clean campground. In fact, you're given a trash bag upon arrival to encourage you to keep your site clean. On-site fun, including swimming and boating on the lake, as well as a playground. Friendly and helpful staff. Kudos to the gentleman at the Attendant Booth. A bathhouse with showers and laundry facilities. Benches with a water view to enjoy the sunsets. Some pull-through campsites. Good security. The gate is locked each night from 10 pm-6 am (although we were informed how to enter/exit if we needed to). Reasonable price. Also, Nashville is within 30 minutes. And, what's not to like? We were informed that skunks frequent the area, so you need to store food in approved containers. (We didn't see or smell any). We experienced high winds during our visit, so boating and/or swimming were out of the question. Also, Wi-Fi is not provided at this campground.

I'm closing on a house, my wife is pregnant, and I've got a lot going on. I had a few concerns, but even with all that, I still wanted the boat. I came back the next day, excited, and asked if they were ready to sell me one. An older gentleman "lol" asked me to sit down. We ended up talking for about an hour and a half, not just about the boat, but about life. He clearly had my best interest in mind. I told him what was going on in my world, and as a retired 1SGT, he gave me honest advice. He said the boat was worth the money, but also helped me see that timing and priorities matter more. I didn't leave with a boat this time, but I left with a clearer perspective. Tailwater Marine doesn't just sell good boats , they give solid advice and genuinely care about their customers.
