The items were in their original packaging AND I still had the receipt, but they wouldn't accept it. I read the return policy on the receipt and there was nothing about a statute of limitations. I don't expect small businesses to be like Costco with their return policy, but this felt highly unnecessary.

She's bedridden and had bed sores and they just chose not to send a gel pad for her. When questioned by the doctor they told her I was rude to them on the phone. I was not rude I just asked for a supervisor so that they could get to the bottom of this problem. They chose to deny my mother a necessary piece of equipment for her pain and suffering instead of calling me and telling me to try another Supply Company. I have already found a new company that promised to deliver the item in a few hours. Don't waste your time with these people they are the ones who are rude.

I have called multiple times and they lied to me each and every time Saying it is on its way. I had surgery on Wednesday and the walker was ordered by the hospital The same day. I was discharged on Thursday and am non-weight bearing on my left leg and have no means of getting around because of their lies. If you make a promise that the medical equipment will be delivered and your company can't deliver DO NOT LIE to the customer!!! Maybe try and do the right thing especially when someone depends on it!!!!!
