I call for a cab at 8:02 at Patchogue RR…read morewhen I get off the 7:58 train and I'm always told 15 minutes. 20 minutes later a cab comes in and it's a cab driver who can't cross Sunrise Hwy because the driver got into a bad accident years ago by there so I'm stuck waiting another hour till 9:00 pm when the next train comes in!! Why bother telling me 15 minutes if you have no taxis available? Plus shouldn't you have taxis at the train station automatically when trains come in like every other taxi company does? YES!!! And forget about getting a taxi at night during the 7:00 hour because it's shift change and you will never get a taxi until 8:00pm!! You can get off the train at 6:50 and they're already on shift change and you're stuck for over an hour until 8:00 when the evening shift gets on! No other taxi company on Long Island operates this way!! It should be illegal to run this business the way you do!! Another time I was on the train the door on my end of the car didn't open in Patchogue but the other did and I had to go to Bellport and I call taxi and he says "we dont pick up there at this time of night, it's too dangerous." Started walking home then taxi came anyway. I know Bellport is dangerous at 2:20am but still. It's not my fault the train door didn't open up and I got stuck in Bellport!! Shut up and do your job and get the people where they are to where they need to go!!!!

Called Freedom Taxi, and Michael said that he could be there in 10 minutes. Told him that I had a small dog, but he was in a fully enclosed carrier. No problem. Uber and Lyft both charge extra for pets. Michael showed up and helped load everything. Very pleasant man, and when we got to the house, he very kindly lugged my heavy suitcase and backpack up the steps, He even called my dog, who was finally free of the carrier and running ecstatically! Michael gave me his card and said that I could call him from Calverton in future, and he'll be in WHB to get me. How very nice! While I do hope that my brother can pick me up next time, or maybe I'll leave my car at the station, it's very nice to know that I have an option. And Freedom Taxi was cheaper than both Uber and Lyft. Their prices were unreasonable for a short distance.

When all was said and done they charged me $96.00 to go from Patchogue to Shirley. I tried calling to speak to the supervisor and he yelled at me and hung up! I will never use them again. After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response.
