The room was impressive, spacious and comfortable. The attached restaurant was, like everything else, beautifully decorated and inviting. The menu was diverse with plenty of variety. Our dinners were beautifully done and absolute delicious, 5 star! We couldn't help but notice that every one of the staff members we encountered were like the front desk, polite, attentive and genuine. We plan to stay there everytime we're in town!

The next morning I stopped by the front desk and requested my room be cleaned and that I need clean towels. I returned again late in the afternoon to find the room again had not been cleaned and there were no clean towels. I stopped by the front desk and brought this to their attention. They apologized and advised it would be cleaned by 5 pm. I returned at 5:30 to find the bed had been made and used towels from the pool and bathroom had been removed. There were no clean towels and the floors had not been vacuumed. Not sure this is a cleaning of a room.

The modern decor was quite nice and the only issue I noticed was one light was needed a new light bulb. The bed was comfortable, temperature controls worked perfectly and the blinds blocked out all light. Wifi was complimentary and easy to connect to. The Starbucks in the lobby provided a nice option for breakfast and always seemed busy. I booked this hotel online more than 10 days in advance and paid a reduced rate. I had to extend my stay a few days before my check-in date so I called central reservations since I was unable to do it online. They told me that I would have to change rooms for the second night. I then called the hotel directly and Jamie the manager on duty fixed everything. This is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. Overall it was a great stay and I would not hesitate stay there again.

I got room 221 which was way at the end of the hall. It was a small room with nowhere to hang my coats or bags. So I went to the casino as planned. My parents were also checked in with a group. It was great to be able to have a room. I stayed a 2nd night which I was so grateful and have a room and hang out with my parents. We had dinner at the rest spending some the evening enjoying ourselves. End of the night comes and I go bac ​ to the room and soo happy to be able to finally stay and play.

It's newer than most hotels in the area, accessible, and well cared for, plus the staff was super friendly. It isn't loud, which you might expect based on its closeness to the highway, which is a big win. I did have a broken drawer in my room, nothing that bothered me for a quick overnight, but the staff took a note down upon my departure and I suspect it was sorted quickly.

I told the front desk lady I must have a balcony and she said ok. She ran her finger over this paper room layout ah yes there you go 129. So I went down to check into 129. I couldn't stand the smell when I opened the door and looking at this disheveled room with unfinished paint around the windows and a terrible layout and NO BALCONY! So I went back to the front desk and told her there was no balcony and it was a disgusting room. She then said my booking did not mention a balcony after I told her and she said yes it has one. SHE OUTRIGHT LIED DIRECT TO MY FACE! she refused to give me my $200.44 ,back. So theirs your review your agents lied to me to get me to join the Wyndham program and your check in person lied right to my face! The balcony was the legal deal breaker but the dirty low class building and lying staff, was icing on the cake. I will be re submitting this review to all review sites until I get an apology and my $200.44 back.
