If I could do no starts I would. Do not come here, the workers are rude and do a horrible job. I got my nails done here yesterday and the guy who did them was rushing so fast (no other customers were there, it was not busy) and he didn't let my polish cure all the way which resulted in it peeling. I came back in an asked for them to repaint all of them as I was worried it would keep happening to the rest of them. Having uncured gel polish is also not safe, and puts you at a higher risk for things like contact dermatitis. Why are these salons SO awful in this area?!? I was really excited to try this place but was quickly disappointed. I had a horrible experience. The cleanliness of the facility is average. Other customers commented that it was dirty & unkempt but I felt it was just barely passable. They definitely don't use liners in their tubs & that did unnerve me. Tools looked over used & you can tell they don't clean them often. Completely unsanitary. I got the $45 pedicure & it was totally rushed. This selection promises a scrub, leg masque, hot stone massage & extended massage. My service was so rushed I guess I must have missed getting the scrub & masque. The hot stone massage was ok but I barely got a foot massage. She rubbed my legs a bit to apply the cream but barely touched my feet. I suppose this may have been due to an issue she was having with her right arm. Possibly arthritis, or other disability. You can tell this poor technician is very over worked. She had sores all over her fingers & her left thumb was practically falling off. I couldn't help but feel a little disgusted but I really feel for her. She was very pleasant otherwise, however, given the condition of her hands, I wouldn't recommend providing any services where she comes in contact with other people. I will not be going back & would not recommend this salon to anyone else. They don't take health standards seriously & eventually someone will get an infection or another serious health condition. I went in for a pedicure. They put me in a chair that was broken. The kneading function wasn't working and she said to just change the setting to the vibrating setting (which I can't stand). I asked to be switched to one of the four open chairs and she said no. I asked why I couldn't just switch chairs because there were literally four other chairs with no customers and she said "sometimes they work sometimes they don't". I ended up walking out. I have short nails due to years of biting and nail techs balk at them/tend to cut corners so they don't last, but Long did a wonderful job in ensuring that my full set would last as long as possible. I'm almost afraid to post a review because it will expose Helena's best kept secret for mani/pedis, but feel it's my obligation to spread the good news! I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years. I've had them done in Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, SoCal, and Chicago (and of course, Helena). While I've had some great mani/pedis, Long and the team at Four Seasons have given me the best and longest lasting (4+ weeks!) gel manicures. The new shop is clean and beautiful. A worthy visit for a phenomenal nail experience! They also have a private room for waxing services, so I'm looking forward to that the next time I need an eyebrow wax. read more

I had planned a nice pedicure girl time with 2 friends and made reservations at Four seasons. Two of us purchased the middle package pedicure and the other friend purchased the upper package. INFECTION! DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience at a nail salon ever. I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and have never left with an infection until this place. They are incredibly rushed and only worried about getting you in and out, at the expense of your health and safety. I also left with cuts and bruises after a mani pedi. They jam their tools into your skin and when you react they act like nothing happened. No apology, they just continue working. The "hot stone" massage was a stone being slammed and harshly rubbed over my shins for about 60 seconds, there was no "massage" whatsoever. The end result of the polish was evident they were in a rush, imperfections and mistakes on almost every nail. 4 days later I'm now having to see a doctor for antibiotics thanks to this place. I went in for an appointment for a full set, asked for coffin all white nails, I was not given a choice, he cut them short and square, did full French tips and got mad when I told him it was supposed to be all white, he then painted over them. You can see the different layers. When we confronted about how he didn't listen to my request. (HE WAS WATCHING A VIDEO ON HIS PHONE AND CONTINUED TO STOP AND COMMENT IN IT) He then stated that I wanted short nails and white tips. If I could give 0 stars I would. The place is dirty, there is dust everywhere, and I think they used the same files that they had used on other customers. The lady who did my friend's nails took her time and did a great job. However the guy who did mine rushed and did a horrible job. He started later and finished sooner than the lady technician. He painted over my cuticles so they started peeling a couple days later. To make it worse, he and another guy were discussing whether I was a woman or girl right in front of me. I'm 25 but look very young, but either way it's inappropriate. I suspect he did a poor job on my manicure because he thought I was young, but that doesn't make it okay. read more

Had a basic manicure with polish done Feb 15th, 2020. Was wondering what was going on when a dremel was being used on my nails despite my not having fake nails to remove ?? Brought my own nail polish which was not a problem. The person who did my nails added some clear glitter after the fact too which was nice. So on the surface everything was good but ... Problem 1: Dremel used on natural nails. Problem 2: Nail drying time wasn't being taking into account before glitter layer was added so there was some bubbling near the edges. Problem 3: Nail edges weren't sealed with polish so the next day the polish already started cracking. Really?! Problem 4: My nails were in really bad shape when I went for the manicure so they had to get filed into shape. Turns out the person who did my nails didn't do a very good job filing either because I had to actually use my nail clippers repeatedly this week because ragged edges were sticking up and I kept ripping my nails. When dropping my daughters off my husband was told masks are mandatory and everyone would be wearing one. My oldest daughter called me to let me know the other customers weren't wearing a mask and not all of the employees were wearing one either. Since yesterday there have been 109 new cases of COVID in Montana. The rise in numbers is because the adults aren't being careful and taking this virus seriously. You shouldn't say that all people will be wearing masks and not wear one and allow customers in who aren't wearing one. You're putting the public at risk and your employees as well. read more

I've been going to the salon since it opened. I always thought I was in llestablish customer and so never gave it a thought for not making an appointment and I could just walk in at any time. One day I did that and was told well you're just gonna have to wait so I did 20 minutes turned into half an hour tune in to 45 and I left. The next time I made an appointment for my sister and I to get our toes done. It was on a Sunday. I am a regular customer. The last two times I have come in I was assigned a large older man and a skinny older man. Neither of them were very friendly. These men did not listen to what I wanted done with my nails and I ended up with nails I hate! They were pretty rough on my hands and caused me pain while doing my nails. I have arthritis and chronic pain. I am not happy about paying $45 for a nail fill which is not what I asked for, not what I wanted, in fact I hate and has caused me pain and bleeding fingers! Also I feel it's very rude and inconsiderate to speak another language and be laughing and talking to each other in another language in front of your English speaking customers. Then NOT be engaging in conversation with your English speaking customers. It makes me feel very uncomfortable I have paid your salon a lot of money and spent a lot of time in your salon. Okay so a week prior to getting my nails done I called and asked if they had the right acrylic powder to do a French ombré/ baby boomer nail, I specifically wanted to do the sparkly kind but I would've been happy without sparkles too. Anyways he assured me that they did have the right powders to give me what I wanted. So I came in a week later and showed the guy that was going to do my nails a picture of what I wanted. Then he tells me to go pick out the powder I wanted... so I'm looking and I don't see anything that looks like the powder I want. He has me sit down and starts doing my nails and didn't even ask me if I had found the powder I'd like to use or anything and then he starts applying the acrylic and it's freaking green! So he then removed that and finds something more white but it's nothing close to what I wanted. The ending result didn't look too bad but it's not anything close to what I was paying for nor what I wanted. He also nicked me quite a few times while using the electric filer. WORST SERVICE EVER. I went In with a friend who wanted to try this place out. So me being spontaneous I did. I will never step foot back in that salon again. I did get seated for 15 minutes while workers were just walking around chatting. Then I was finally sat down brought a bowl of warm water and was left there for 35 minutes my water went cold, then I asked where he went and he said "he's the owner he does his own thing" and so I got up and walked out. Tony was the only one who was at least respectful and apologized for his bosses rude behavior. However I do not recommend this salon to anyone. (After I had left, my friend who was in the middle of getting her nails done by tony had said the owner was throwing things and hitting the chair multiple times in front of the clients and had yelled and gotten into a yelling fight with another worker) not professional at all. read more

MY FIRST AND LAST APPOINTMENT- Don't worry about reservations, as they ignore them until the technicians are not busy. Carefully watch their sanitary practices and you'll never go back again. No attempt to wipe down chairs between customers. Might be helpful if they could speak English, so be very precise with your instructions, that will hopefully be translated correctly to your technician. This is the first place I've been charged an extra fee for using a Visa credit card. You can easily do better than Four Seasons Nail Salon, unless you just don't care. read more
