They offer an assortment of coffee, tea & I believe champagne on occasions. The waiting area is so luxurious, with velvet chairs & a whole catalogue of haircare products. First we talked about what I wanted & then we went to wash my hair. They have an abdundant selection of R+Co products to customize your wash with products that fit your hair profile. I would have liked for the wash to be a little more intensive, such as offering more a scalp massage. I think that would amp up their service. My stylist was very nice but she was fresh out of cosmology school so that made me a little nervous. Her hands were trembling the whole time. She ended up doing a great job & really put a lot of focus into accomplishing what I wanted to do with my hair. I was VERY impressed with how she was able to wash, cut & style my hair in less than 60 minutes. Without it feeling rushed. The whole service was only $40! I assume it's because prices are based on stylist experience but my stylist was such a PRO that this was a great deal. I had a VERY pleasant experience & I look forward to going back. I don't get my hair cut often because I'm always dissatisfied with the service but they have so much to offer that going back is a treat! I plan to buy some products & just hang out. Extra kudos to the owner of Halo for developing a business that is classy, hip & fun! The owner only cares about making money. Not to mention, the work is subpar and inconsistent. If you get work done, please go to a plastic surgeon with adequate training. I have come out of crafted with over injected cheeks. I have also experienced a lip flip that has given me uneven lips. Not only that, my friend received Botox that gave her a droopy forehead? When she asked for them to correct the mistake, they wanted to charge her for the cosmetic procedure. My biggest complaint is that they do not clearly articulate policy and are unprofessional/ inconsistent in no call no show fees. First I will be clear, my attendance for appointments has always been poor. I have always been charged 50 dollars per cancellation. I have missed at least 10 appointments. I have never had anyone speak with me about this. My last appointment that I no call no showed, I was charged 700 without authorizing the charge or having it explained to me. Following the incident, the receptionist told me it was a "change in policy" while the owner lied and said that this had "always been the policy". The owner is clearly fine with lying to your face and taking zero accountability for her actions. My guess is she is a former beauty industry professional who lack a business degree or proper business ethics training? CHERRY ON THE CAKE: The petty owner blocked me from making reviews on her page, because I told her I would AND rewrote the cancellation policy on their site following my phone call. 0 stars really. OH, and they discriminate against members of minority groups like myself. I have experienced so many rude interactions but continued to go out of laziness. Don't mess with these bigots.

I haven't been waxed like that before because it has never been so precise and intricate. You will get so many compliments on your brows after getting them done here. I have so many friends who have "waxed" & plucked & kept up their eye brows but have also said they get more compliments on their eyebrows than anything else.
