It's an okay dentist. I've been going there for a couple years because they're easy to get an appointment with. My most recent appointment though will probably be my last one. The hygienist kept HOUNDING me about flossing for the entire appointment. Dude, I get it, leave me alone. Then the doctor kept making all these weird comments about my nose ring, talking about hanging floss from it and other weird stuff. Every sentence led back to my nose ring and it made me very uncomfortable. It's not a comfortable space for anyone that has any unique qualities that stray from the expected standard Utah appearance. read more

I have been coming here for years. In fact, I moved across town but I have kept coming because they are wonderful. Dr Smith is a great dentist, kind, positive and very knowledgeable. He does solid work, and I trust him. The hygienists are great too. People are friendly. When I was in recently a different hygienist that I haven't seen in probably a year called to me across the room to say hello and clearly remembered me. They have a good warranty on the work too. Prices are fair. I like that they can text as well. Last week I needed a last minute appointment on a tooth that has been unhappy. I was watching my two nephews (6 and 10) so I didn't think I could go in. The front desk was so kind and when I explained the boys were nice kids and could sit quietly on their iPads the ladies offered to watch them since I didn't have other options. I was so grateful!! I did filling in my teeth and it came off as the quality was soo bad within a week. I was late for my appointment for 10 mins and the front desk lied to me that the doctor was gone home from the primises and when i was stubborn about my appointment , the same doctor showed up in a min magically. I had another time where i had to reschedule the appointment for a genuine reason and they asked for $75 for that and they didnt wanted to reschedule as well. Highly recomment not to go there for sure as i had the worst experience. read more

I went to this place because of an ad I got in mail and was looking for a dentist in my area. I chose to get the mega pled gift card for my first visit. Also I got a free pack of gum for just checking in here. That's awesome because I love to chew gum so much. Finding this place wasn't that hard, but trying to access the building was difficult. The back of the building was locked, and there is no sign about anything, and when walking to the front of the building, it was locked as well. I had to call to make sure I had the right place. Apparently you need a code to access the building. Maybe because I went on a Saturday and the building just have those automatic locks. Anyhoo...once I got into the building it was very easy to find the office. The staff here was pretty friendly. From the receptionist to the dentist assistant. They are all pretty friendly and wonderful. According to someone on the phone, my dentist don't come in during the weekend so it was one of his associates that tended to me. He was wry informative and helpful. He answered every single one of my questions and concerns as they came up. He didn't just give me answers but he gave me solutions in fixing every problem if they ever came up. The best part is that they have tvs and headphones for you to enjoy while they clean your teeth. Not only that but you leave the dentist with the typical bag of goodies, except mine had a tongue scraper in it because I asked a question about it. Totally will recommend this place, even if you can't get a time with the actual dentist there, but get one of his associate, they are all friendly, professional and ready to tackle anything. Just be warned that if you chose a Saturday you might need to call for the password to go in. read more

We have been customers at Four Seasons Dental for many years now. Dr. Smith is great, the hygienists and all of his staff are so wonderful and kind. Especially Jessica. What I like most about Four Seasons Dental is that they are honest, know what they are doing and they are very nice people. They never tell me to do, or fix anything, on my teeth that doesn't need it-- unlike others. They care about the well-being of their clients and are very reasonable in their prices. Dr. Smith is, in my opinion, an incredible dentist. We have gone to him for 9 years and his helpfulness and enthusiasm for us has not diminished. He uses the latest technology, his fair and honest and great as a family dentist. When my children complete either a routine cleaning, or receive dental work he will come out to the waiting room and chat with me about what was done, or happily share that they didn't have any cavities (which makes my kids smile - because they see his excitement that they did a great job). If anyone in my family has had a procedure done we can expect to get a phone call the next day to check up and make sure that they are feeling okay and to answer any questions that may have come up. We always - always leave his office with the feeling that we are welcome and that he truly cares. His office staff are friendly and fun to work with. I've tried three dentists in the last five years here in Salt Lake City. This practice has absolutely been the best. They're incredibly skilled, honest, friendly and affordable. I'm a customer for life. Also, I have to say, the hygienist is so good! Both times I've gone, I can tell she really goes the extra mile to make sure my teeth are super clean. I really have never had such a good cleaning anywhere else. Another particularly impressing part about this firm, is that they are free of judgment. Other dentists I've been to have shamed me about flossing or not having perfect teeth. Here, they just take care of you. No one at the firm has been anything but professional, caring and informative. I have been going to this dentist office for years and been happy until this past year. Last year I actually had to have more than just a filling, ended up having a root canal and a bridge put in. It being the first time I had any major dental work done, I made the mistake of trusting their staff to let me know what portion of the procedure I would have to pay for, the amount she quoted me seemed reasonable but then I got the bill and it was over $500.00 more than she said I would have to pay. While I realize I should have contacted the insurance company before I agreed to have the procedure done to verify the actual cost, I trusted Four Season's staff to give me accurate information but I found out the hard way that I should have not trusted them. Won't do that again. While I like the dentists here, I will not be back because of the lack of faith I have in their ability to give me the actual pricing. read more
