Initially, contact was great, services were excellent, technicians showed up when/where they were supposed to and performed contacted services. Unfortunately, after the second year it began to go downhill. We were being billed for appointments that never happened; sent fraudulent invoices for services that were not performed. We initially thought that maybe it was a mistake due to employee changes etc. We reached out to the company several times to report these findings and we're always told that we'd be contacted by management and not to worry, the concerns would be rectified.
