Initially, contact was great, services were excellent, technicians showed up when/where they were supposed to and performed contacted services. Unfortunately, after the second year it began to go downhill. We were being billed for appointments that never happened; sent fraudulent invoices for services that were not performed. We initially thought that maybe it was a mistake due to employee changes etc. We reached out to the company several times to report these findings and we're always told that we'd be contacted by management and not to worry, the concerns would be rectified. Before setting the traps, he…read morethoroughly explained how they work at catching mice and the best locations if you have a problem area. He was very knowledgeable and knew his job. We had purchased mouse traps and sticky pads that just were not working in a timely manner from the store. I kid you not, the mouse traps from Pest X were placed and the very next day we got those pests! I will not waste anymore money on store bought traps, this was well worth it. Thank you so much.
