I had been extremely happy with the service and quality of flowers from Four Seasons until I phoned through my order for Mothers Day , as I had done on previous years and was told it couldn't be provided as it was too far to devliver and Laura was too busy with local deliveries. When I informed her I had used her service for over 6 years her response was "Well you never put a comment on Face Book" I live overseas and was obviously unable to collect. Laura continued to be quite aggressive when I again told her I was a regular client so much I used her at least 3 times a year and lived overseas she became quite aggressive and also use the "f word" when advising me Who gives a "f" where you live. Appears from other reviews this was not a one off response from Laura. Pity as her bouquets are very unique and flowers fresh and very good value for money. read more

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday from Laura. As I have com to expect she provided a great service, the flowers were just what my wife wanted, and have lasted a week so far with some blooms still to open. They were good value again compared to other florists I have used before. read more

We had ordered 2 large displays for our wedding, 2 weeks earlier. Went in on the day to see if they could sell us a few extra flowers for our wedding cake. We were told that they had none of the flowers we had agreed on and that they would not fill our order. Hadn't even bothered to let us know. When questioned the woman owner became extremely abusive, telling us to "f*#k off" repeatedly. No wedding flowers. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Would give zero stars if that were possible. read more

My fiance and I had used Laura for a few years, on and off, for bouquets for friends and family. As such we believed she would be capable of organizing the flowers for our wedding. Unfortunately this couldn't be further from the truth. One month out from our wedding she just stopped contacting us and when I called to find out if everything was ok, she launched into a rant and told me that she would no longer be doing the flowers for our wedding. I really do not recommend Laura to anyone. Some friends have had bad experiences in the past with them asking small questions and then being shouted on the shop floor, but we wrote these off as the friends having probably done something wrong. Turns out it was our mistake, Laura is not someone we recommend doing business with. There are plenty of other florists in Wellington who run their businesses without launching into rants at customers. read more

I ordered flowers from Four Seasons Florist for my daughter January this year (2016) I was thrilled with the bouquet I picked up to surprise her, as was she. They lasted well on their journey back to Rotorua, and gave many weeks of pleasure to her. I thoroughly recommend Four Seasons to anyone needing flowers in the Wellington area.
