This underground space right on the harbor offers a sheltered place to hold an arts and crafts market on Saturday afternoons. I did not need the shelter when I was there as the weather was great, but I gather it is sometimes valuable. Besides the crafts, they had several reasonably good food vendors, and I was able to get a nice lunch without leaving the harbor, including a Chilean empanada, a small but cheap dosa, and some dumplings over rice (they were out of vegetarian for some reason, but I got their chocolate banana dessert dumplings instead so that was interesting).
