Worst business I've dealt with. Hands down. I hired this service to cut two trees down to stump and leave manageable piles of firewood/brush (per Miranda - they wouldn't leave anything too large to be dealt with). They began cutting a few days early which I thought was great. I paid a $300 deposit, $100 at time of first cut, and the rest of the $700 after a full day of work. They left promising that there was not another full day of work and both trees would be gone the next day. I was pleased that they showed the next day and continued to work - however they did not finish. I have since been calling, texting, emailing. If i get a call answered they make up excuses why they can't work or will flat out hang up on me. I've now have hired an attorney to demand they finish work. My next step is to file suit for the difference I'll pay to have someone else finish the job all so I can put my house on the market. Not only did they not finish the work, they didn't do a great job on the work they did do. I have huge piles of wood that must be cut down (by me or someone else) to manageable pieces for burning/removal. Additionally they've done significant damage to my neighbor's fence which I've replaced myself as I can't claim with their insurance because they're dodging my calls. Do not hire these people. DO NOT TRUST!! Paid in full and a year later my stump remains. Every time I tried to contact them, they gave me some excuse. Very unprofessional and I'm out 500 bucks. Would have gave them no star at all if that was an option on yelp. read more

When he did come over and give us an estimate it was a lot lower than anyone else. But he said he would not schedule us without a large deposit being made. I have had alot of work done with our trees, never ever have I needed to leave a deposit. So we refused to give the deposit. So we simply made a date for him to come and do the work, and would sign the contract, and when work was doen we would pay. But after speaking to others he had worked for, we decided we knew we did not want him on our land, or touch our trees. And the more people we spoke to the worse the stories got. We called him and cancelled, he never even asked us why. If I ran a business and some one called and cancelled a appointment, I would be asking WHY, but I think this person knew why. But I did use his estimate to get the one we did use to cut the tree down, to bring his price down! I also would of given no stars but Yelp will not let you. read more

Updated review: we were happy with Four Seasons last year, however, we called them this year, were told they would be over to discuss what we wanted done. We waited 2 hours and they never showed. We called someone else. Not good to promise to come do a job and never show up. read more
