After another reputable Tree Service stood me up and offered to make me wait another week for an estimate for the work and then not even complete the work for another two to three months, the only good thing they did was refer me to a company they said they used for overflow that was getting rave reviews. That company was Four Seasons Tree Service. The day I called them to set up an appointment to get an estimate for the work, Dwight Cox, the owner, asked if he could come out the same day at 3 pm. He texted me when he was on his way and gave me an estimate on the spot after previewing the work I was requesting. How refreshing is it in today's business world of answering machines to actually have a "real" person answer the phone and text you with their arrival. 5 Stars Good Customer Communication skills. Three business days later, he and his crew showed up early in the morning to do the work. I am very pleased with the work which he did more than I expected and stayed within the quote he had given me. I couldn't be happier with the work done by Four Seasons Tree Service. I called them on a Monday and the owner Dwight came by the very next day around 11:30am, assessed the trees and explained exactly what needed to be done. They were out the next morning on time at 8am to do the job, they worked efficiently and safely. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away as promised. Dwight also pointed out an issue with one of the trees and said to call in a year and he would come out and see how it was doing at no charge. Just had some major tree work done by four seasons tree service. A few nights ago the right side of the Y on the very large tree in the front decided to come crashing down covering the drive in such a way I could not back the car out of the garage... Another tree company recommended Dwight and Four Seasons Tree Service. He is a certified arborist with many years experience. because this was an emergency situation he was out to survey the damage and proposed tree work immediately. He was not only thorough in his inspection and explanation of needed work but he was extremely patient when answering my questions. my number one request was to not only take care of the fallen branch but to also trim the tree in such a way it was safe for me and the neighbors. I highly recommend Four Seasons Tree Service. I spoke with three different tree companies to assess the condition of the trees on our property. Dwight Cox, at Four Seasons, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what services he recommended and explained why, along with also providing an itemized price quote. Four Seasons Tree Service came in several hundred dollars cheaper than the competitors. Upon hiring them, Dwight had a team out the next morning to remove two trees and trim two others. Dwight Cox and his crew did and excellent job with my trees. i'm turning this house over to a vacation rental company and the trees are picture perfect for the photo shoot that will go on their website. I originally called frantic that one of the trees in front was dying. Dwight reassured me that it wasn't and told me what they could do to make it better and how he could help. Cost wise the experience was more than reasonable. I will see Four Seasons again in January for continued care of the trees and plan on having a business relationship with Dwight. The Ash was fence line and proximate to power lines and neighboring roof yet did not present a problem to Four Seasons. We needed a tree stump removed in our backyard. Access to the backyard was a challenge to say the least.
