The crew blocked my driveway while performing work in the neighborhood and showed little regard for common courtesy or respect toward neighboring residents. Before the issue escalated, I politely informed the crew that I would be leaving soon and that they would need to move their vehicle. I initially allowed them additional time to continue working. However, after they ignored my requests made from my front doorway, I was forced to approach Jake and the crew directly to clarify what they were doing was illegal and I need to go to work. Despite my repeated requests, they became argumentative and used profanity toward me, including calling me a "bitch," when I confronted them and insisted that they stop blocking my driveway and move their vehicle immediately. When I arrived home approximately five to six hours later, I discovered several trash bags filled with organic waste left on my side of the alleyway located between their client's residence (my neighbor's property) and my own. The waste appeared to have been left behind by the crew, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism, consideration, and proper cleanup practices. I found the behavior of both Jake and partially the crew to be highly disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Please do your due diligence when hiring so called, "professionals."

All the companies that came out were very knowledgeable and provided written estimates. But Green Valley Tree Service had the best bid of the four I considered. Edgar was very responsive and was able to schedule my job a couple days after I let him know we picked him. He and his crew arrived early and showed me and the crew exactly what was going to be cut before they started. I had four trees trimmed, including Live Oaks that had really tall branches. They were able to lower the cut branches by ropes so there was no damage to the fence or house. The finished in under four hours, including raking and blowing the leaves and twigs on the ground and leaving the area clean.
