There is a home across the street from me that was damaged in a hurricane more than 2 years ago. It is full of black mold and has become a haven for homeless people. The streets and many driveways and carport flood when it rains. This is a gated community but the gate hasn't worked in months resulting in unauthorized people moving in. I have brought this to the managers attention 3 times but he refuses to address the situation. He never comes out of the office and refuses to see me when I ask to meet with him. I could go on and on but my advise to anyone thinking of buying a home here is to look elsewhere. ​
