I believe we did all of the upfront leg work of finding homes to see. Not until they knew that we were in the stage of securing a mortgage and preparing to close on a particular home did they then get involved. Then consistent regular communication with us started. We were surprised at the number of emails, texts and advice we begun to received asking how thing were coming along with the home and the closing date on the home we were building. Perhaps it was because we were near closing at that point and there was a guaranteed financial benefit to them. We closed 12/20/22. The agent that worked with us is very charming but seemed only interested in working to help us when there was an immediate benefit. This was the 5th home we have been blessed to purchase. Of all of them this was the worst experience with a realtor.

Bad news- there is a fraud alert on my credit reports. Yeah, no kidding James! My ex opened lines of credit in my name in the past, so I now have a fraud alert to protect me. This guy James, who sounds creepy, asked me to call the credit Bureaus and get them to allow Jordan and his people to gain access to my report. My friend Katrina is a realtor, and she said that was odd and so did my Attorney tonight. When a vendor or company gains permission to look into someone's credit and there is a fraud alert, they are supposed to provide the phone # for that fraud alert. This allows the credit agency to determine and verify my identity. it's called protecting my credit! I already had a long conversation about this previously, but they ignored my message. This clown asked me to skip all that for him! Sorry guys, but this is a mess and I chose to look elsewhere for help on a new home. Never again and be careful! This place was not professional; they seemed pushy and did not garner a good feeling here. I manage a large business, and I am a best-selling author on Amazon, so I plan to spread the word!
